This Privacy Policy explains how Zone handles information when you use our property discovery and communication app.
Account information: We may collect your name, email address, phone number, profile photo and information provided through Google Sign-In.
Property information: We process property listings, descriptions, images, videos, agent information and property location details submitted through the app.
Device and technical information: Technical information such as device type, operating system, IP address, app diagnostics and usage information may be processed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Camera and photos: Used when you choose to capture or upload profile images or property media.
Location: If you grant permission, location may be used for nearby-property discovery and map features. You can manage location permission in your device settings.
Notifications: Push notifications may be used for messages, property updates and account or service alerts. You can disable them in device settings.
Internet: Required for authentication, listings, media uploads, messaging, maps and other online app features.
When you use messaging features, message and delivery information may be processed and stored to provide communication between users and agents, maintain service functionality and address spam, fraud or abuse. Do not assume that private messages have end-to-end encryption; avoid sending highly sensitive information through the app.
We use information to create and manage accounts, display property listings, provide messaging and map features, send relevant notifications, maintain security, troubleshoot issues and respond to support requests.
Zone does not directly process property bookings, payments or negotiations within the app. Property visits, negotiations and transactions are arranged independently by the parties involved.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the service, including Google Sign-In, Google Maps, Firebase Cloud Messaging and our hosting infrastructure. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Third-party services handle information under their own privacy terms.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and address security issues.
You may update available profile information, manage device permissions and request removal of your account or uploaded content. Some information may need to be retained temporarily where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
Zone is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
You may request account deletion using an available in-app deletion option or by contacting support@zoneapp.co.in. Deletion may result in removal of account information, listings and uploaded content, subject to lawful retention requirements.
