Zone provides a platform for discovering property listings, including homes, PG accommodation, homestays and commercial properties, and for communication between users and listing providers.
Zone does not directly process property bookings, payments or negotiations within the app. Property visits, negotiations and transactions take place independently between the parties involved.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information and media you submit, protecting your account, and your interactions with other users. Listing providers must have the right to publish the property details and media they upload. Users should independently verify property details, ownership or authority to rent, pricing and relevant documents before entering an agreement.
You must not upload false, misleading, unlawful or unauthorized content; harass or threaten others; engage in fraud; attempt unauthorized access; distribute malware; or misuse the service in violation of applicable law.
Zone may display information submitted by users or agents. We cannot guarantee that every listing is accurate, current, available or independently verified. Users should exercise appropriate caution and carry out their own checks before paying money, sharing documents or arranging a visit.
Zone may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, suspected fraud, security risks or unlawful activity.
We work to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information is error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zone is not responsible for disputes between users, property conditions, offline transactions or third-party conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
Your use of Zone is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
We may update these terms periodically by publishing a revised version on this page.
